SepticFinderNJ — the trade name under which ClarityStorm LLC operates septicfindernj.com — sends enrolled local septic service providers a text message when a customer requests service in their area. ClarityStorm LLC is the registered business that collects this consent and sends the messages; SepticFinderNJ is the brand name providers see on the site and in the message body. This page documents the two ways a provider can opt in — the written enrollment form below, and the verbal opt-in script we read when enrolling a provider by phone. Written opt-in: enrollment form

Providers enroll in writing by completing this form. The consent checkbox is optional-by-default and must be actively checked; consent is not a condition of enrollment or of receiving referrals.

Verbal opt-in script

When a provider enrolls by phone, we read the following script verbatim and record the provider's response, the phone number, and the date and time of consent:

"This is [name] with SepticFinderNJ, the septic directory operated by ClarityStorm LLC. SepticFinderNJ would like to send you text message notifications when a customer in your service area requests septic service. Messages come from our SepticFinderNJ number, and message frequency varies with lead volume — typically only a few messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of enrolling in our referral program. Do you agree to receive these text message lead notifications at [phone number]?"

Only providers who answer "yes" are enrolled for text notifications. A record of each verbal consent (name, business, number, date/time) is kept on file.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive a final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@septicfindernj.com. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
