Who sends these messages

Every message in this program is sent by ClarityStorm LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company that operates septicfindernj.com under the trade name SepticFinderNJ. The two names identify the same business: ClarityStorm LLC is the registered legal entity, and SepticFinderNJ is the brand shown on the website, in the opt-in disclosures, and in the messages themselves. No other company sends messages under this program, and we do not send messages on any other company's behalf.

Program description

SepticFinderNJ sends two kinds of text messages: (1) confirmations and follow-ups to customers about a service request they submitted on septicfindernj.com, and (2) notifications to enrolled local septic service providers when a customer requests service. This is a low-volume, transactional program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

No third-party marketing

This program is not used for third-party, affiliate, or lead-generation marketing. Specifically:

• We message only people who gave consent directly to SepticFinderNJ on this website or through our own enrollment process. We do not message purchased, rented, or imported lists.
• We do not send messages advertising another company's goods or services, and we accept no payment from any provider to send messages.
• Provider notification texts contain the details of a request that customer submitted to us — they are transactional lead delivery to a business that asked to receive it, not promotional content.
• Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Septic companies listed in our directory are independent businesses and receive no opt-in data.

Consent

Customers consent by entering their phone number in the quote request form on our county pages and submitting it. The form discloses, directly above the submit button, that submitting it authorizes SepticFinderNJ — a trade name of ClarityStorm LLC — to text the number provided about the service request, that message frequency varies, that message & data rates may apply, and that replying STOP opts out. The form itself identifies SepticFinderNJ as the party taking consent and states that it is not operated by the septic companies listed elsewhere on the page. Providers consent in one of two documented ways: (1) in writing, via the enrollment form on our partner SMS consent page, which requires actively checking an unchecked-by-default consent box; or (2) verbally, via the opt-in script published verbatim on that same page, with each verbal consent recorded. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of enrolling in the referral program.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your requests and, for providers, with lead volume — typically only a few messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and getting help
